Gents, There is a Schick Type H1 Fashion Razor on eBay right now with no offers for a tenner. Boxed with instructions and all. Not for me, as I already have two and postage from the US is horrendous. One hour to go. Breaks my heart. Best razor ever.

Thanks guys. H1 is one of the few things missing here. Even a PAL adjustable has been found. Perhaps the trick is stop looking to find stuff. I gave up on the PAL last year. Now I got one in a lot that was cheaper in total than any single PAL adjustable I saw in a whole year.
I'm hoping to get this one anyhow, but can you elaborate? Is this the perfect travel razor?
Compact, has a blade cover. Not too new so should not be very mild. Sounds like a winner.
Of course it's the perfect travel razor. But that's not the point. It's the perfect razor. Travel or not. Once you realise that a razor doesn't need to be T-shaped and have a conventional handle... It's efficient, nimble, quirky and beautiful. You need one. You do. Honestly. Unless your macho ego can't cope with shaving with a Ladies' razor.
P.S.: It's mild. Just right though.

Not cheap, but I only recently discovered how the crowds at DFS discuss Varlet brushes starting at 500$. So I feel like I got a bargain here. Prices for hyped stuff seem to have skyrocketed anyhow. 30$ soaps and I even saw 700$ wolfman unmentionables.
I do spend my spending money almost any month, but I there needs to be some kind of proportion. Also 700$ would be several months of spending money combined. Much more fun to spend some now and then and get shiny new to me stuff more often.
Many thanks again to Andreas for making this possible.
9nein9: To like or not to like the like button? That is the question. Our society thrives off the like button it seems . I'm not sure if I like it or I don't like it.Just kind of got used to it .

carlfrommo: Hey guys. Last minute question here. What shot size should I use for flying reindeer?
Dec 24, 2019 22:11:29 GMT -6
ordinaryshaver: You want to use 3 1/2 in magnum lead shot, in size T. Problem solved.

ordinaryshaver: No steel, too light and use an extra full choke, unless you have a good blind setup

carlfrommo: Well, last night was a failure. I had one shot, and I didn't lead the red-nosed one enough. I think I ended up shooting the driver. Might have gotten him in the leg. Hard to tell because he was wearing red pants and coat.

carlfrommo: He turned his sled away and landed on the roof two blocks down. Out of range for a second shot. I did notice he walked with a bit of a limp though. He shouldn't be coming in my yard anyway.

mrconklin: Last time I hunted waterfowl. 2 3/4 shells were standard and the cool kids were starting to play with the 3 inch, but most guns weren't made for them. Steel was also just starting to be mandated on Federal and State land.
