Cold Water Rinse TSD Cool Lime Jayaruh #30RS TNNSER 3D CVS CS CWR Osage Rub
My prep was just a cold water rinse. The TSD Cool Lime Shave Stick face lathered well with the Jayaruh #30RS Brush. I did two passes with the TNNSER 3D razor with a CVS CS SE Blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Since it was Labor Day and in honor of working men and women, I thought I'd do a workman like shave. Nothing fancy. No (ph)artiasan stuff. Nothing that dad or grandad couldn't have easily obtained. Enjoy your day, everyone.

Sept 2nd -- Did a "daily double" with an unmentionable and a GEM 1912 squat head. I'm not sure what it is, but this little razor (which I love the look of) and I really don't get along all that well. I have a Dammy with the curved head that I really like, but this little guy in my hand gave me a slew of weepers. Ultimately I had a nice shave, but me and this little "squat" need to work together better.
Gem 1912 (squat) with GEM SS PTFE (2) | Valobra Fougère lathered with Razorock Plissoft 24mm | A/S: Thayers Rose Witch Hazel
Used the L`Occitane Cade soap rather than the cream used yesterday. I actually enjoyed the Shave a lot more, and the overall finish was superior to the one attained using the cream. I shall continue to use soap for most Shaves with occasional use of the few creams that i have.

September 3rd shave
Morning TOST soap Everready 200t brush with 2 band badger knot Japanese Sshaving cup...HOON CUP? Everready 14 razor GEM stainless steel blade Aqua Velva Ice Blue aftershave
Got the shaving cup along with a scuttle, a Fuller brush that needs a knot, and a couple unmentionables that are posted across the way in the august haul. The cup is really interesting and I enjoy the look but can find no information about it. Enjoy your day!
RazoRock Syn. 22mm Arran Aromatics Bay Citrus Alu. General/ Claymore handle Schick Proline [ 6 ] Tuff Green A/S Lotion
Since acquiring the Occams V2 I am beginning to appreciate lighter AC/SEs a lot more , so had a nice Shave with the Alu. General today. The Shave was very smooth and comfortable with a good finish, though the Occams is much better working around the neck.

9nein9: To like or not to like the like button? That is the question. Our society thrives off the like button it seems . I'm not sure if I like it or I don't like it.Just kind of got used to it .

carlfrommo: Hey guys. Last minute question here. What shot size should I use for flying reindeer?
Dec 24, 2019 22:11:29 GMT -6
ordinaryshaver: You want to use 3 1/2 in magnum lead shot, in size T. Problem solved.

ordinaryshaver: No steel, too light and use an extra full choke, unless you have a good blind setup

carlfrommo: Well, last night was a failure. I had one shot, and I didn't lead the red-nosed one enough. I think I ended up shooting the driver. Might have gotten him in the leg. Hard to tell because he was wearing red pants and coat.

carlfrommo: He turned his sled away and landed on the roof two blocks down. Out of range for a second shot. I did notice he walked with a bit of a limp though. He shouldn't be coming in my yard anyway.

mrconklin: Last time I hunted waterfowl. 2 3/4 shells were standard and the cool kids were starting to play with the 3 inch, but most guns weren't made for them. Steel was also just starting to be mandated on Federal and State land.
