In a C&E Best Badger brush I got way pack when, like 2008. I noticed the other day that the knot is loose. Yes, it turns in the handle and even pulls out a bit from the handle. Did not pull it all the way out as I wanted to be able to get the knot back in. Still lathers well and I can use it but I would like some help getting this thing fixed. Remember I am not the greatest at repairing things to I am willing to send it to someone on this board and pay for getting the knot re-glued or such.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Without seeing it it's hard to diagnose. Gently, gently... will it come out all of the way? If so you or anyone else can repair it.
Just pull it out and clean up the bottom that came loose. I would finish the cleaning with some alcohol. Be sure that it's 100% dry before proceeding. Using just a dab of silicone adhesive put a dab on the bottom of the hole in the handle. Maybe as much as a pinky nail amount and 1/8" high. Then put the knot back in place and be sure it's seated against the end of the brush. It will ooze around the knot and whatever glue came loose and hold it in place. Too much glue though and it will ooze out to where it will be seen. If that happens use a q-tip and rotating it so that the ooze doesn't get spread onto the fibers sop up the excess. Go gentle here and don't spin the q-tip, just a partial rotation is used then grab another cotton tip to continue. But the best way is to not use too much to start with. Read the directions on the package. It will probably take 24 hours to fully cure. Do NOT use it before that. Don't even play with it before that. Set it to the side and let it cure.
When you pick out a glue if you can get a matching color it would be good, but that probably won't happen so look for clear just in case it does ooze out. Too, you could also use epoxy, but that can be tricky to mix. The silicone just gets opened and used; easy.
